About Our Puppies
Our Great Danes are AKC registered. All of our Danes meet the
breed standards while emphasizing health, temperament and
longevity.
We prefer to sell our puppies with a limited registration unless we
have made a prior agreement with a perspective buyer.
T.I.B.G.D. are strong believers in training a Great Dane puppy. They
grow so big that an unruly Dane can be difficult to live with.
Obedience Training guarantees that the dog knows who the master
is and he knows his place.
If a prior agreement has been made for full registration, we would
insist that any of our dogs not be bred until they are health tested
prior to breeding. This will be stated in your contract.
All puppies sold with a limited registration must be spayed or
neutered at the appropriate age. By 6 months of age for a male and
some vets recommend after a females first heat. After we receive
proof of the procedure, you will receive the AKC registration papers
for your puppy.
Limited registration guarantees that none of our puppies will be bred
without proper training, socialization and evaluation of the dogs
structure, temperament and the owners dedication to both dog and
breed.
No puppy purchased by us is to be placed in any kind of animal
rescue, Humane Society, or any group that is similar. They are not
to be sold or given away without our permission and evaluation of
the perspective owner. If for any reason you cannot keep one of our
puppies, it must be returned to T.I.B.G.D.. No refunds will be given.
I will give out information over the internet but if you are truly
interested in one of our puppies , I will need to speak with you
personally. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have
and I will require you to answer a few question about yourself as
well. It is important for anyone wanting to own a Great Dane to
understand the emotional and financial commitment it takes to
properly care for one of these beautiful animals. They are large and
so are their food and vet bill. We just don't want there to be any
surprises.
